Reeder’s Alley Small Intimate Wedding in Helena

I feel like every time I do a shoot or something at Reeder’s Alley, I want to start off by saying something about it being iconic. And yes, it is. But…you probably don’t need me to tell you that all the time.

I loved these two from the moment I met them a year before their wedding. A year is a long time out, but we didn’t let that keep us apart. They had a beautiful and fun engagement session where we ended it by sitting watching the final moments of the sunset and talked. It was such a fun way to spend that time together getting to know each other. I wish I would have blogged it to link for you all, but you’ll have to settle for their wedding instead.

Ryan & Jackie

Ryan and Jackie met on "Coffee Meet's Bagel" and had their first date at Captain Foxheart's Bad News Bar, a "speak easy" in Houston, TX. Amazingly, they discovered that in a city of 6 million people, they only lived 2 blocks away from each other! They knew the relationship needed to work out to avoid some awkward walks around the neighborhood. Luckily for them, Ryan and Jackie bonded over a shared love of the outdoors, hiking, and running. A few years later, Ryan proposed to Jackie on a backpacking trip so that if she said "no" it would be pretty awkward...and it worked! She said yes...and the rest is history.
